Hugs has always believed in providing quality to our customers, and with true determination and dedication we are on a venture to success.

In 1977, Mr. A. K. Puri and Mr. A. S. Lamba decided to work together in the field of wiring harness. In a very short span of time, both the founders worked with true spirit, dedication, and mutual understanding to take this group from scratch to a Multi Million Group.

The Mother Company of the group, Harness India Pvt. Ltd., is IATF 16949:2016 certified company. It makes Wiring Harness & Battery Cables for both Auto & Electrical industries. After some time, GOODWELL INDUSTRIES, also an ISO 9000 certified company, became operational to diversify into stainless steel fabrication & sheet metal. UNIQUE FABRICATIONS also became operational a few years on. SHARP ENGINEERS is the youngest branch of HUGSAUTO and it became operational in 1996 for making precision components from rounds and forgings.

HUGSAUTO presently caters to major automotive  manufacturing companies. And manufactures components and exports them to Europe ,U.S.A South Africa , Australia, Middle East and is poised for qualitative growth, in particular for automotive industry.
