Harness India Pvt. Ltd., the flagship and parent company of the Group, is an IATF 16949:2016 certified organization renowned for its expertise in manufacturing high-quality wire harnesses, power and battery cables, and allied components. The company serves leading clients across the automotive and white goods industries, delivering reliable and innovative solutions.
As part of its strategic expansion, Goodwell Industries, an ISO 9000 certified enterprise, was established to diversify into stainless steel fabrication and precision sheet metal components. This was followed by the launch of Unique Fabrications, further enhancing the Group’s manufacturing depth and engineering capabilities.
Sharp Engineers, the youngest yet highly specialized arm of HUGS Auto, commenced operations in 1996 and focuses on the production of high-precision components manufactured from rounds and forgings, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to engineering excellence.
